Vega "Folklore" long-neck Banjo (1965) Type_ Story long sustainThis is a very well cared for long neck banjo from 1965, Serial No. A126282. The 11" wood pot sports a lightly frosted head held by 24 brackets. The sunburst Maple neck looks beautiful, as if nobody ever placed a capo on it. At the top is a black headstock with "Vega" logo and four planetary tuners. The fretboard is of Rosewood and is straight and true with very little fret wear. At the bottom we find a standard Vega armrest and a Presto style
